We currently offer diagnostic testing at any Labcorp in the United States. But due to current state laws we cannot provide services to the residents of New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island. Residents of Hawaii will need to follow specific protocols noted below.

First ensure you can be serviced by your local Diagnostic Laboratory Services, Inc. After purchasing labs, confirm your lab requisition form is "Bill to Client"- This will need to be settled before you attend your lab appointment. Keep in mind DLS will have additional charges for handling and draw fee services. 

These are currently the only locations we offer blood work. There are currently over 2,000 locations nationwide, and you can find a full list of locations here.

Depending on the labs ordered, result time may vary. Usually results are available in 3 business days but some tests may take a few days longer (ultra-sensitive.) 

If you've ordered a panel or multiple tests at one time, you may receive an email with "preliminary results" a few days after your lab draw. This means some of your biomarkers are still being processed and undergo more rigorous testing methods, which can take up to 10 business days. Once complete, you will receive an email with your "Final Results." 

We will securely email your results via PDF as soon as they are ready. These results are for your records and you choose if you want to share them with specific parties, such as your PCP. 

Labs requests do not expire.

We accept FSA/HSA, but do not work with insurance companies. In most cases, diagnostic bloodwork does not require a Letter of Medical Necessity for FSA/HSA coverage. However, we recommend checking with your account administrator to confirm the specific requirements of your plan.

Because lab requests do not expire, we do not typically offer refunds. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

All lab tests offered by M&M are fulfilled by a regulated diagnostic Labcorp facility.

We are not responsible for laboratory error or specimen mishandling. But please contact us and your local Labcorp if you believe there has been a specimen issue. You can reorder individual tests as needed and we will do our best to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

You panel description will specify if fasting is required. However, calorie fasted still requires adequate hydration with water.

Yes, our standard testosterone will show values under 1500 ng/dl unless opting for sensitive testing or noted on the panel.

We offer zero judgment labs, no questions asked. Our goal is to provided curated panels to keep everyone in peak health.

Although we don't often experience this with our preferred partner lab, Labcorp, sometimes draw errors may occur or insufficient amounts of specimen were drawn. In these cases, Labcorp will reach out to you with re-draw instructions. If you don't hear from Labcorp within 5-7 business days after receiving final results, contact M&M directly.
