  • How do I get labs?

    Select from our curated panels for what best suits your needs. Your lab requisition form will be sent within 24 business hours and you can go draw labs at your nearest Labcorp location with a valid government ID.

  • When do I get my results?

    Depending on the labs ordered, result time may vary. Your results will be listed on your Labcorp Patient Portal when available. If you do not see them in 5-7 business days, please contact our support and we can send them directly.

  • Can I just get my results e-mailed?

    Due to HIPAA policies, we cannot e-mail results and you must access them in your secure Labcorp Patient Portal. M&M Labs does not have access to your results.

  • Does my Lab Requisition Form expire?

    Labs requests do not expire.

  • Do you accept insurance or FSA/HSA?

    We accept FSA/HSA, but do not work with insurance companies. In most cases, diagnostic bloodwork does not require a Letter of Medical Necessity for FSA/HSA coverage. However, we recommend checking with your account administrator to confirm the specific requirements of your plan.

  • What if I don't have a Labcorp near me?

    These are currently the only locations we offer blood work. There are currently over 2,000 locations nationwide, and you can find a full list of locations here.

  • Will the results be sent to my PCP?

    Lab results will be available in your Labcorp patient portal as soon as they are ready. These results are for your records and you choose if you want to share them with specific parties.

  • Will M&M help diagnose me?

    We provide discounted lab diagnostic services, but we do not offer medical care of any kind. If you are looking for HRT or wellness services, please contact our partners at Helix HRT.

  • What locations do you offer labs?

    We currently offer diagnostic testing at any Labcorp in the United States.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Because lab requests do not expire, we do not typically offer refunds. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

  • How do I know if my results are accurate?

    All lab tests offered by M&M are fulfilled by a regulated diagnostic Labcorp facility.

  • Should my labs be fasted?

    Most of our labs are to be drawn in a fasted state, but your panel will specify in the description.

  • What if I use PEDs?

    We offer zero judgment labs, no questions asked. Our goal is to provided curated panels to keep everyone in peak health.

  • Is the Total Testosterone capped?

    Yes, our standard testosterone will show values under 1500 ng/dl, otherwise 1500+.
