Dr. Lee’s “Dialing It In” Follow-Up Panel includes: Serum DHT, IGF-1, Standard Total and Free Testosterone, and Ultra-Sensitive Estradiol

Dr. Lee’s “Mid-Prep Assessment” includes: Free T3 and Ultra Sensitive Estradiol

After order completion, a provider will submit your Lab Requisition Form to Labcorp, within 24 (business) hours. You will also be emailed a copy of your LRF to take to your nearest Labcorp with valid photo ID. Your results will be emailed as soon as they become available. Please check your spam folder! Ultra-sensitive testing can take up to a full week.

The “Standard Panel” is a comprehensive evaluation and includes:

• CBC (with differential)

• Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP – 14)

• GGT (γ-glutamyl transferase)

• Cystatin C with eGFR

• Lipid panel w/ LDL/HDL ratio

• Testosterone, Free (Direct) + Total Testosterone (1500 ng/dL cap for total test unless opting for ultra-sensitive)

This panel is intended to be taken:

-Calorie fasted and 128oz of water pre-bloodwork as per Dr. Lee
