This is our recommended follow-up labs 8-12 weeks after starting a testosterone protocol or after a change in dosage. This checks your target total testosterone serum levels, essential hematology markers and blood viscosity markers, as well as rate of aromatization via estradiol.

• • Although fasting is not required for this lab, please ensure adequate hydration.
  • It is typically advised for males to pull at trough (lowest) levels, but it is recommended females pull at peak (highest) serum levels. For your own records, make note of your last injection/administration time.

Initial TRT Follow-Up Panel:

• CBC (Complete Blood Count/Hematology)
• Testosterone and Estradiol
  • Standard: Testosterone with 1500 ng/dL cap and Standard Estradiol
  • Ultra-Sensitive: Testosterone with no cap and Ultra-Sensitive Estradiol

A provider will approve your labs, and your Lab Requisition Form will be emailed to you within 24 business hours. Labcorp will also have this on file. Please bring a valid photo ID to your nearest Labcorp location. Results will be securely emailed as soon as they are available.
