This is our recommended follow-up labs for those considering implement pharmaceutical treatments for side effects from testosterone usage. This checks your Dihydrotestosterone (before implementing a DHT blocker) and rate of aromatization via estradiol (before implementing estrogen management techniques.) Although serum DHT is not specifically indicative of androgen activity, excessive DHT serum levels can indicate higher overall production. Fasting is not required for this lab.
