Coach Hunter Lee has designed the essential competition prep panels- no details are spared, down to ultra-sensitive estradiol readings in males for the mid-prep bloodwork.
After order completion, a provider will submit your Lab Requisition Form to Labcorp, within 24 (business) hours. You will also be emailed a copy of your LRF to take to your nearest Labcorp with valid photo ID. Your results will be available in your Labcorp Patient Portal as soon as they become available.
The Female Optimization lab does not need to be taken in a fasted state, but cortisol readings are ideal first thing in the morning. These labs are ideal to take 7 days post-ovulation if you have a regular cycle in order to accurately assess your progesterone and estradiol ratio.
Coach Hunter’s labs are intended to be in a calorie-fasted state. Please avoid heavy training 24-48 hours prior, and arrive well hydrated (water-only). Speak to Coach Hunter about timing of injections/supplements prior to lab work.
